Price Quotes, Deposits and Payments
It's our policy to quote firm prices for menu items no more than 90 days in advance. All menu substitutions may be subject to a price change. Prices do not include 5.5% state sales tax or 19% service charge, which is not the property of any one employee. A 500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all event reservations of 50 or more guests. This deposit amount is credited to your final invoice. In the event of a cancellation less than one week before the event, the deposit is non-refundable. For smaller business deliveries, we require two-business days notice to cancel any order. If the cancellation is less than 48 hours in advance, you are responsible for full payment of the order. Unused items are not returnable. The full payment is due on the day of the event and can be paid by credit card, cash, or check. Direct billing is available to corporate clients. Direct billing invoices are due within 30 days of the event. If tax exemption applies, a copy of your tax-exempt certificate must be provided with your signed contract.Guarantees and Final Guest Count
A final guest count is required seven days prior to an event. The number of guests guaranteed may not be decreased after this point. If a final guest count is not received by the specified date, the preliminary guest count as noted on the initial contract will be the official and accountable guarantee.Local Venue Facility Fees

Join us on Thursday, October 10th, from 5:30 to 8 pm for Everly's Inaugural Cider Dinner as we celebrate the rich flavors of the season. In partnership with The Cider Farm, Everly is excited to present a carefully curated four-course, gluten-free dinner. Your evening begins with a welcome cocktail and an amuse-bouche, setting the stage for the main event—a four-course dinner, each dish expertly paired with a different cider from The Cider Farm. Throughout the evening, Orchardists and Certified Pommeliers from The Cider Farm will be on hand to discuss each course and pairing with Everly’s Executive Chef, Diego Guzmán. They will also share insights into the cidering process, the diverse range of apples used, and offer samples of the apples featured in their ciders. Tickets are $72 per person, excluding tax but including gratuity. Please note that tickets are non-refundable.
